At Leecots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility: We accept genuine returns of unworn and undamaged items within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Process: After we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
- Sale items.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags.
6. Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
